About Lisa

Dr Lisa Robinson is a well respected and well-known Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based in Sydney's Upper North Shore. She delivers individualised care in both Obstetrics and all fields of Gynaecology. Lisa is unique in her ability to relate and care for women of any age and with any concerns regarding women's health.
Education
Lisa completed her MBBS at University of Sydney and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering through University of NSW. Lisa then went on to further her education and obtained fellowship with the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and completed her training through Royal North Shore, Hornsby, Mona Vale, Manly and Gosford Hospitals. Lisa has since become a leading practitioner in General Gynaecology and Obstetric care.
Humanitarian work
Over the course of 2013, 2014, 2018 and 2023 Lisa journeyed to Nepal with the Women’s Health team from the SAN Hospital to offer voluntary surgeries to address vaginal wall prolapse. This not only profoundly impacted the lives of patients and helped with empowering them with restored health and their dignity through her compassionate care, it also provided Lisa with an amazing opportunity to help communities with her skills.
Outside of work
Lisa deeply values her family finding joy in spending quality time with her two children and extended family, cultivating meaningful friendships and cherishing the companionship of her adorable puppy Coco. Lisa has an avid love for all sports both participating in them and watching them with equal enthusiasm. From 1995 to 1999 Lisa had a prolific cycling career representing Australia and various trade teams in Europe and the USA. Notably Lisa competed in the Tour of Italy, the Giro and represented Australia at the Oceania games and various World Cup races held in the Netherlands and Australia showcasing her exceptional talent and dedication to this sport.
